It's here! It's here!

I'ts finally here!

Google finally made an official blogger app for the android!
Hurrah! No more spam (and air pushing, whoops I never posted that story see below*)!

Apparently, this happened in June?

I hope they add the ability to:
*move around images (that's why I prefer computer atm)
*insert videos from youtube (b/c I sure do that a lot)
*change fonts within a post
*look at the html

Fyi: There's also a google reader app.

*Have you heard of airpush?
http://www.airpush.com/

I recently started getting advertisements in my notifications section of my smartphone. That special area dedicated to letting you know when you have new messages, email, updates, etc. They set off my blinking notification light on my phone. A place that ads should definitely not be.

It's pretty easy to gloss over and ignore ads during games and when using apps. The only times I click on them is on accident. But this push advertising is sells the idea to developers and marketing departments of allowing brands to reach their full potential by making people like me actually look. Apparently, Facebook is working on allowing something similar by unfiltering the facebook feed (currently focused on your real friends) which allows advertisers to show up on your newsfeed more.

I downloaded an app to uncover which app was the guilty culprit for allowing this nuisance... it was my blogger app. Go figure.

And now for something completely different...

I've been having some pretty weird dreams lately. Luckily, last night was the first non-24-ish night in a long while. It's amazing how a few episodes can really mess with your head. I had confirmation from a friend that 24 does induce strange dreams. I hope that season has passed.

Last night I dreamed I went to a fancy restaurant alone, ran into someone's parents and ate a 14 course meal with them until something happened (my brother wanted to play words with friends) and I couldn't find my car keys. I walked all around the block and couldn't find my car but did discover a school with nice indoor fountains. My brother led me to a Tropicana pool that was free and open to the public. (For clarification, it was a pool brought to you by Tropicana the company, not a pool filled with orange juice. That would just be an orange sticky mess on a hot day.) It was a glistening body of pure blue tranquility in an otherwise dusty, cement world. Yup, it was fenced off and right outside was the plainest of parking. My brother sure knows all the great places. I was very excited but lacked a bathing suit and really wanted to finish my extravagant meal.

So I walked back to restaurant to finish off the last 8 courses of my meal. Unfortunately, my eating mates had left and didn't ask for my last 8 courses to go. I asked but the restaurant people said they couldn't pack foam to-go. Geez, how are people supposed to get full off of 8 courses of foam? Boy was I peeved.

Then somehow I ended up backstage at a Taylor Swift concert. I might have been a roadie. And she might have been asking for the 8 courses of foam. Whatever will she eat now?
